Senior Staff Attorney

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Attorney, Pro Bono Litigation Corps. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute legal strategies for cases in collaboration with pro bono counsel and partner organizations Assist in identifying and onboarding pro bono legal teams while providing technical guidance throughout the litigation process Ensure compliance with legal and ethical protocols, track case progress, and support program evaluation Required Qualifications J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction Minimum 6-8 years of litigation experience, preferably involving federal or state government advocacy Knowledge of legal principles relevant to litigation or regulatory advocacy involving federal or state governments Experience initiating affirmative litigation in state or federal court Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, tech-forward team environment
