A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Key Responsibilities Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing of all payroll transactions and related tax and benefit compliance Process and review bi-weekly and off-cycle payroll in North America (US and Canada) Maintain compliance for Federal, Provincial, Multi-State, and City/Local payroll regulations Required Qualifications 5+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state experience Extensive knowledge of US and Canadian payroll compliance standards Experience with ADP payroll processing system Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multiple departments US Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is preferred
