Student Accounts Specialist

A company is looking for a Student Accounts Specialist I who will manage student account maintenance and ledger reconciliation. Key Responsibilities Review and process Tuition Deferment Agreements and maintain accurate student account records Process and verify billing transactions and ensure accurate posting of tuition and fees to student ledgers Respond to student inquiries regarding account charges and assist with credit balance reports Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college required At least one year of experience with student ledgers, stipends, and billing preferred Knowledge of student account processes and financial transactions Ability to adapt and respond to various inquiries in a timely manner Experience with financial software or systems is a plus
