Systems Monitoring Specialist
A company is looking for a Systems Monitoring Specialist responsible for monitoring and investigating the performance of PV systems. Key Responsibilities Monitor and investigate non-reporting and underperforming PV systems, generating cases as needed Utilize Salesforce and monitoring platforms to generate, analyze, and report on system performance data Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to investigate and resolve known production issues Required Qualifications Strong aptitude for both qualitative and quantitative problem-solving Preferred experience with solar photovoltaic systems and monitoring platforms Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus Proficiency with Google Workspace is preferred Ability to adapt to changing processes and operational demands
