A company is looking for a Systems Monitoring Specialist (Remote). Key Responsibilities Monitor and investigate non-reporting and underperforming PV systems, generating cases as needed Utilize Salesforce and monitoring platforms to generate, analyze, and report on system performance data Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve known production issues and streamline processes Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Strong aptitude for qualitative and quantitative problem-solving Preferred experience with solar photovoltaic systems and monitoring platforms Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus Proficiency with Google Workspace is preferred Ability to adapt to changing processes, software, and operational demands
