3+ years of global, full-cycle recruitment experience
Expertise in direct sourcing strategies for high-caliber candidates
Experience in driving inclusive hiring practices
Proven track record of effective stakeholder management
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse
