Talent Acquisition Partner
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to identify and hire top talent as the team scales.
Key Responsibilities
Execute the strategic recruitment plan and manage all stages of the hiring process
Identify and creatively source candidates through various channels and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process
Track recruitment metrics and collaborate with hiring managers to improve the hiring process
Required Qualifications
2+ years of recruiting experience in a digital/tech environment
1+ years of in-house talent acquisition experience
Experience managing the full recruitment cycle, including offer negotiations
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse
Tertiary qualification in HR or Organizational Psychology is preferred
