Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Total Rewards, People Operations, and Compliance
Proven expertise in compensation strategy and benefits design
Strong knowledge of multi-state compliance and HR regulatory landscapes
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field; MBA preferred
Professional HR certifications preferred
