Key Responsibilities
Lead technical onboarding projects for new customers, ensuring alignment with DevOps and infrastructure goals
Oversee ongoing Managed DevOps services, maintaining SLA adherence and delivering consistent value
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve delivery blockers and provide regular status updates
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technical project management, onboarding, or managed cloud/DevOps services
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices
Experience in a B2B SaaS or cloud-native environment
Proven ability to manage multiple customers and priorities in a fast-paced setting
Familiarity with enterprise or mid-market customer engagement
