Key Responsibilities Direct daily operations of the Student Advising teams and lead a team of advisors and counselors Develop and implement training programs and individualized development plans for team members Analyze team data and metrics to facilitate change and improve student retention and experience Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred Minimum of five years of experience in student services, advising, or customer support Minimum of three years of leadership experience preferred Experience in higher education and technology-driven environments preferred Knowledge of financial aid processes and higher education policies
