Key Responsibilities
Identify and attract top technical talent through various sourcing channels
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies

Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruiting, with exposure to both corporate and agency environments
Strong understanding of software engineering, data science, and cloud technologies
Experience managing multiple open roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
Familiarity with modern sourcing tools and techniques
