Design, develop, and test application layers while managing hardware and software

Required Qualifications
Associates degree with a minimum of 5 years' management or help desk experience
Certifications are a plus
Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and design software
Ability to present information to top management and respond to inquiries
Experience managing technical issues and developing solutions
