Technology Operations Analyst
A company is looking for a Technology Operations & Performance Analyst. Key Responsibilities Maintain and design reporting to monitor performance and track progress on initiatives and goals Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks to optimize technology operations and service level agreements Ensure data reporting and extraction solutions are accurate and validate outputs against original data sources Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience Minimum of 6+ years of industry experience, with at least 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role Knowledge of ITIL and other IT service management frameworks Experience with business measurement frameworks such as Balanced Scorecard or Objectives and Key Results Familiarity with analytics tools like Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and Azure DevOps
