Threat Analyst

A company is looking for a Threat Analyst to provide security alert monitoring and detection. Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyze security alerts using various technologies and customer data sources Coordinate urgent security events requiring response, containment, and remediation Research current threats and provide recommendations for best practices to customers Required Qualifications 2-3+ years of professional experience in Information Security 2+ years of experience in a Security Operations Center or Managed Security Service Experience with SIEM, EDR, and UEBA platforms preferred Familiarity with web-based attacks, malware propagation, and vulnerability assessment tools Basic understanding of enterprise security architectures and troubleshooting techniques
