Key Responsibilities
Execute the consulting division's strategic plans and ensure alignment with overall business strategy
Lead consulting sales efforts within provider organizations across the United States
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients and industry partners to drive successful engagements
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field
8+ years of consulting experience in the healthcare provider landscape, preferably at the VP or C-suite level
Proven success managing a multi-million-dollar new business quota and client retention goals
Deep knowledge of the healthcare RCM space and value-based care models
Leadership experience in building and mentoring consulting teams
