A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Support Specialist to provide support for clinicians and assist with clinical application needs. Key Responsibilities Respond to clinician support needs regarding scheduling and EMR application issues Provide advanced application support for athenaOne EHR and collaborate with IT partners on releases Maintain support documentation and monitor events to establish communication protocols with clinical stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a Healthcare IT support setting Proven experience using EHR/practice management tools such as AthenaOne 3-5 years of call center experience related to clinician support Experience with Jira, ServiceNow or other service desk ticketing applications HIPAA certified
