Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day resource allocation and employee development for the Strategic Account Executive team Drive execution of Protect, Expand, and Grow strategies, supporting cross-selling opportunities Monitor team KPIs and serve as a contact point for escalations and resolution planning Required Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in hospital & pharmacy IT, with 3 years in 340B involvement Minimum of 5 years in employee leadership, including management and coaching Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Information Management, Healthcare Information, Computing, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field 340B Apexus Certified Expert certification or ability to obtain within one year of hire Strong knowledge of the healthcare environment and the 340B Program
