Account Management Manager

Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve retention and expansion goals
Own and refine the account management strategy to maximize customer engagement and growth
Analyze customer data to identify churn risks and opportunities for expansion
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in customer success or account management within SaaS or MarTech
2+ years of leadership or management experience
Experience in contract negotiations and renewals focused on retention and growth
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Familiarity with CRM and customer success tools, particularly Salesforce
