Account Manager, Client Success
A company is looking for an Account Manager I, Client Success.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring quality service delivery
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and track service performance
Participate in client meetings to review service performance and assist in resolving escalated issues
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
2-3 years of experience in Account Management or client services; experience in HR services is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional travel as needed
Professional demeanor and commitment to providing excellent customer service
