A company is looking for an Account Services Associate I to provide product, pricing, and sales support for Sales, Dealerships, Brand Manufacturers, and Customers in the US and Canada. Key Responsibilities Receive and resolve requests from sales agents and dealers via email or phone Follow up with agents/dealers to ensure satisfactory resolution of their requests File correspondence and documents according to the established filing system Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED (required); Associate or bachelor's degree (preferred) Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field Strong knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs Ability to handle multiple accounts efficiently and meet deadlines
