Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategic development and execution of community management for high-profile client accounts
Design and implement scalable content and engagement frameworks to enhance brand presence
Manage a team of Community Managers to ensure consistency and quality in engagement strategies
Required Qualifications
6+ years of professional experience in social media, community management, or digital strategy
2+ years of experience supervising or leading teams
Strong background in social content development or content strategy is a plus
Proven ability to build engagement strategies for well-known brands
Bachelor's degree preferred; agency or brand-side experience a plus
