Application Security Manager

A company is looking for a Hands-On Senior Application Security Manager who will lead application security efforts and participate in technical tasks. Key Responsibilities Perform security assessments, code reviews, penetration testing, and vulnerability management Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to a team of application security engineers and analysts Oversee the integration of security practices into all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in application security engineering Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of security professionals Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Extensive experience integrating security into the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines Demonstrated expertise in securing containerized applications and environments
