Key Responsibilities Install and provision Microsoft-based EDI software in various environments Engage with consultants and customers for system upgrades and maintenance Provide specialized support to Tier 2 teams, including troubleshooting and training Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience Ability to understand and work effectively with technical data/processes Experience with programming languages such as Powershell and .Net Experience in SQL scripting languages 2 or more years of experience in the technology field preferred
