A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to assist customers with their inquiries and insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities
Support customer inquiries regarding coverage, rates, billing issues, and general policy reviews while offering additional products
Assist customers recently in accidents by setting up new claim reports and providing empathetic support
Navigate multiple computer systems to efficiently service customer needs
Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or a minimum of two years post-secondary education
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Customer service experience
Willingness to work a full-time schedule that includes evenings and weekends
Designated workspace free from noise and distractions for remote work
