A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to assist customers in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage, rates, and billing issues
Share expertise on products and services to ensure appropriate insurance coverage
Care for customers recently in accidents by setting up new claim reports and demonstrating empathy
Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
Property & Casualty license required for sales roles; training provided for obtaining the license
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
Experience in customer service is essential
Must have a designated workspace and high-speed internet for remote work
