A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Fraud Disputes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Disputes team handling escalations, complaints, appeals, and disputes
Act as a Subject Matter Expert on all dispute types and improve team processes
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations while fostering a positive team culture
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in banking disputes and investigations
Minimum 3 years of management experience at a financial institution
Experience in training staff on new processes and procedures
Knowledge of banking compliance trends, rules, and regulations
Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly
