Key Responsibilities Review and adjudicate background checks with attention to detail Evaluate mitigating evidence on shoppers' appeals related to background check suspension Investigate and resolve internal and external escalations promptly and effectively Required Qualifications 1-2+ years of professional experience, or strong academic record Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality Availability for weekends or holidays Experience in a fast-paced environment within background checks or data processing is preferred Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zendesk is preferred
