Key Responsibilities
Manage global benefits offerings, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with regulations
Act as a Tier 2 escalation point for complex inquiries, analyzing trends and recommending improvements
Lead project planning and execution for benefits initiatives, collaborating with internal teams and vendors
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
4+ years of experience in global benefits administration, design, or consulting
Proficiency in UKG Pro (benefits and leaves of absence modules)
Strong knowledge of global benefits regulations and trends
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
