Bid Manager

A company is looking for a Bid Manager to lead proposals for public transit agencies and operators worldwide, focusing on Europe and the Americas. Key Responsibilities Own the response process for market-sounding requests, RFIs, RFPs, BAFOs, and clarification requests Define bid strategy, structure, and timelines, coordinating input from various teams to prepare high-quality proposals Track and report outcomes, analyzing results to identify improvements for future submissions Required Qualifications Proven experience leading bids for complex technology solutions or services, ideally in SaaS, transport, or the public sector Commercially aware with experience reviewing pricing and profitability considerations Advanced Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite skills; experience with proposal automation tools is a plus Comfortable with ambiguity and able to manage high-impact work independently Excellent English writing and editing skills, with a focus on quality under pressure
