A company is looking for an Executive Compensation Senior Consultant. Key Responsibilities Participate in Workday integration projects and improve compensation-related processes Lead administration of investment processes and coordinate pay benchmarking projects Conduct research and analysis for executive compensation initiatives and participate in incentive plan administration Required Qualifications 4-year bachelor's degree preferred 3 or more years of relevant experience preferred Experience with Workday and compensation benchmarking Expert level Excel skills, including complex formulas and pivot tables Program/process design and documentation experience preferred
