Bilingual Call Center Coordinator
A company is looking for a Call Center Coordinator - Remote (Bi-Lingual, Part Time).
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service through a remote call center while managing multiple client queues
Handle inbound and outbound calls and monitor customer and employee schedules
Collaborate with team members to ensure adequate phone coverage and maintain a professional remote work environment
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
A minimum of one year of customer service experience is preferred
Fluent Spanish bilingual speakers are highly desirable
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools
Ability to work efficiently from home using provided communication platforms
