A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Advocate I. Key Responsibilities Receives and responds to routine member and/or provider inquiries, requests, and concerns in an accurate and timely manner Mitigates and prevents complaints from being escalated by resolving issues during the initial contact Documents all member or provider information and communications for quality and performance tracking through CRM applications Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED required Entry-level position with little or no previous experience necessary Preferred experience interacting and multitasking using multiple systems and programs simultaneously Must comply with all policies and standards Ability to provide customer service in a high-paced contact center environment
