Bilingual Help Desk Support
A company is looking for a Bilingual Help Desk Support professional to provide technical support for company-maintained systems and services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 remote technical support for hardware, software, and operational issues in both Spanish and English
Document incidents in the Incident Management System and determine initial routing of reported cases
Assist with electronic setup for new office locations and perform quality assurance testing of new software
Required Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish (required)
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Basic knowledge of computer-based systems and company business processes
Ability to troubleshoot and remotely install hardware
A 2-year technical school degree or related technical certifications (preferred)
