Bilingual Participant Services Representative

A company is looking for a Bilingual Participant Services Representative I to provide personalized service to participants regarding their savings plans. Key Responsibilities: Personalize and relay accurate information about 401(k), 403(b), and 457 savings plans to participants Respond to plan-related inquiries and facilitate participant experiences with SRS services Support Division projects and assist with customer-focused activities and administrative functions Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of financial or industry experience, or equivalent education/experience Experience in a high-volume, direct customer contact service environment preferred Associate's degree preferred Fluency in Spanish is mandatory Knowledge of retirement plans, investment securities, and relevant regulations is desired
