A company is looking for a Bilingual Participant Services Representative I. Key Responsibilities: Personalize and relay accurate plan-specific information to participants regarding their retirement savings plans Facilitate participant experiences with services and respond to plan-related inquiries via telephone Support division projects and assist with administrative and servicing functions as assigned Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of financial or industry experience, or equivalent education/experience Experience in a high-volume, direct customer contact service environment preferred Associate's degree preferred Fluency in Spanish is a must Knowledge of retirement plans, investment securities, and general understanding of relevant regulations is desired
