Bilingual Patient Service Representative
A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative 1 - Call Center (Bilingual).
Key Responsibilities
Handles inbound calls independently, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency in patient scheduling and registration
Interviews patients to gather necessary medical, financial, demographic, and insurance information
Communicates scheduling changes and navigates interactions between patients and healthcare staff
Required Qualifications
Education: High School diploma or GED
Experience: No prior experience required
Bilingual proficiency (Spanish) is preferred
Prior experience in customer service, especially in healthcare, is preferred
Familiarity with electronic scheduling systems is advantageous
