Delphi - communicate with external DLL
I have an old voting remotes system, that controlled by Delphi application was supplied by the remotes company. It uses a DLL called "RF217_Com.dll". Now I am trying to use a wireless buzzers from the same company... (Budget: $30 - $250 USD, Jobs: Delphi, Pascal)
