Bilingual Service Desk Technician
A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician - Bilingual Spanish/English (TIER 1).
Key Responsibilities
Provide support via phone, e-mail, and chat to corporate clients
Troubleshoot and assist users with Microsoft Operating Systems and Office products
Handle 50-60 technical issues per day efficiently
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Trade School Certificate or Associate Degree in a related field
1 year experience in a call center or service desk environment
Knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, and Office 365
Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
