Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
Source, screen, and assess candidates for various sales roles
Manage the applicant tracking system and coordinate interview processes
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales recruitment
In-depth knowledge of sales roles and the hiring process
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
Experience recruiting for senior sales positions is preferred
