A company is looking for a BPO Lead, Global Seller Onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and optimize the performance of BPO partners
Lead strategic business reviews and monitor compliance with SLAs and contractual obligations
Implement process improvements and drive continuous enhancement initiatives using operational data
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field; or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience managing BPO vendors or outsourced operational programs
Proven ability to lead process optimization and performance improvement efforts
Experience with SLA frameworks, QA programs, and vendor reporting
Preferred: Exposure to AI/ML, intelligent automation, or robotic process automation (RPA) technologies
