Federal Functional Architect
A company is looking for a Functional Architect (US Federal). Key Responsibilities Lead the functional design and architecture of Workday solutions for Federal customers Elicit and document detailed business requirements, translating them into effective Workday configurations Analyze and map current state configurations and business processes from legacy systems to Workday Required Qualifications 12+ years configuring and implementing Workday's core products (e.g. HCM, Finance) Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Human Resources, or Information Systems Strong understanding of U.S. Federal Government HCM regulations and OPM guidelines Ability to gather, document, and translate complex business needs into actionable Workday requirements Deep expertise in one or more Workday modules such as Payroll, Benefits, or Analytics is a plus
