Key Responsibilities Guide and mentor business owners/CEOs through the EMyth Coaching Program Utilize the EMyth Approach and system design solutions to facilitate business transformation Foster genuine connections with clients and support their personal and professional growth Required Qualifications A BA or BS degree, preferably in business, marketing, or organizational development Basic proficiency in technology and apps Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively Experience coaching or facilitating small groups (preferred but not required) A commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion
