Key Responsibilities Lead calibration of infrastructure, training tools, and workflows Manage updates to documentation and ensure alignment with best practices Collaborate with ambulatory practice leaders on scheduling functionalities and enhancements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience required; Master's preferred 2-5 years of related experience, preferably in healthcare clinical operations Epic Certification preferred but not required Experience managing provider clinical schedules is a plus Familiarity with healthcare scheduling and Epic functionality
