A company is looking for a Business Technical Analyst to assist in technical and specialized work related to business applications and systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, enhance, implement, and support integrated solutions and reporting for business applications Provide hands-on support to troubleshoot and resolve business-impacting issues in collaboration with partners and vendors Perform continuous in-depth analysis on results to provide data-driven solutions for performance improvement Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience 2+ years of business or system analyst experience Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Cognos, and/or SQL Ability to work with and analyze large sets of data Ability to provide 24x7 global on-call production support as needed
