Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the Property Accounting Department for assigned commercial properties Manage, supervise, and train property accounting staff while ensuring accurate financial reporting Assist in the annual property budget process and onboard new client accounts Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in commercial property accounting or the real estate industry 3+ years of experience in leading and developing high-performing teams General understanding of computerized accounting systems, with MRI experience required Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel Advanced education in accounting or CPA designation is a plus, but not required
