California Licensed Estimate Reviewer

A company is looking for an Estimate Reviewer II. Key Responsibilities Perform quality assurance reviews of network contractor repair estimates for technical accuracy and compliance with industry standards Verify documentation and use of estimating software, and compile estimate revision requests while interacting with network contractors Document review activities in internal systems and maintain knowledge of relevant guidelines and programs Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred or a minimum of four years of experience in the construction industry or property adjusting Successful completion of IICRC training (WRT and ASD) and HAAG training Xactimate Level 2 certification Highly proficient in advanced computer skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
