California Licensed Estimate Reviewer
A company is looking for an Estimate Reviewer II. Key Responsibilities Perform quality assurance reviews of network contractor repair estimates for technical accuracy and compliance with industry standards Compile estimate revision requests and interact with network contractors to obtain necessary corrections Document review activities in XactAnalysis and maintain knowledge of relevant guidelines and software Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred or a minimum of four years of experience in the construction industry and/or property adjusting Successful completion of IICRC training (WRT and ASD) and HAAG training Xactimate Level 2 certification Highly proficient in advanced computer skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
