Key Responsibilities Interpret cognitive assessment tests remotely for Medicare-eligible individuals Develop and document personalized care plans based on assessment results Collaborate with behavioral health professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to cognitive care Required Qualifications MD or DO with an active, unrestricted medical license At least 2 years of experience in neurology, geriatrics, psychiatry, primary care, or a related field preferred Familiarity with cognitive testing tools such as MoCA, MMSE, or equivalent Must have experience working with clients who are age 65+ Must have an active NPI
