California Licensed Product Counsel
A company is looking for a Product Counsel. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary legal advisor to Product and Engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle Lead and coordinate the review of new product features with Information Security, Privacy, and other compliance functions Draft, review, and negotiate product-related agreements and policies while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations Required Qualifications JD degree 5+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably as product counsel in a technology company California bar admission in good standing or Registered In-House counsel status Experience with data privacy regulations, industry compliance standards, or intellectual property is a plus Technical expertise or educational background related to software is advantageous
