California Licensed VP of Commercial Lending
A company is looking for a VP of Commercial Lending - Remote. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and execute all aspects of Commercial Lending, including origination, underwriting, processing, funding, and servicing of Small Business loans Drive growth and profitability of Commercial Lending programs through effective business relationships and operational efficiencies Manage departmental operations, compliance, and risk management activities while ensuring exceptional member service Required Qualifications: Minimum of ten years of experience in Commercial and Business Lending/Banking, including five years in management Expert level knowledge in commercial/business lending practices, laws, and regulations Ability to analyze and evaluate commercial loan requests and make credit decisions Knowledge of budget processes and various lending procedures, including Construction and SBA lending Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience
