Canada HR Manager
A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager (Canada) to lead HR strategy and enhance workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main HR contact for employees and leadership, mentoring junior HR staff
Design and execute HR strategies focused on employee retention, wellbeing, and culture-building
Lead confidential investigations and manage employee relations cases related to performance and compliance
Qualifications & Experience
10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
Experience in the BPO industry preferred (2-3 years)
Full work authorization in Canada required
Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related discipline; CPHR designation is a strong asset
Strong command of employment law and regulatory frameworks in Canada
