Carrier Audit Analyst

A company is looking for a Carrier Audit Analyst to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of transportation spend. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed audits of parcel carrier invoices against contracted rates and expected charges Identify and analyze discrepancies in carrier billing and document root causes Prepare and submit disputes to carriers for overcharges and track resolution status Required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent relevant work experience 1-3+ years of experience in transportation logistics, accounts payable, freight audit, or financial analysis Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables Understanding of transportation pricing structures, including tariffs and accessorial fees Experience with major carrier billing systems and portals is a plus
