Senior Analyst, Shared Services
A company is looking for a Shared Services Senior Analyst in the Partner Contact Center.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier II case management support for employee lifecycle issues for US and Canadian partners
Research, analyze, and resolve cases related to onboarding and HR processes
Identify and implement process improvements while maintaining compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
3 years of experience in customer service, human resources, or shared services
3+ years of experience in research, analysis, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
1 year of experience identifying continuous improvement opportunities
1-2 years of experience advising cross-functional stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
