Key Responsibilities Monitor team performance to ensure service level agreements are met, providing guidance and support Conduct performance reviews to meet KPIs and address coding workflow issues Collaborate with the quality review team to implement improvement plans and ensure compliance with performance standards Required Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Coding Certification through AHIMA or AAPC: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CPC Medical coding experience in a healthcare setting Ability to use Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis Leadership experience in a healthcare revenue cycle management position
